Established over 20 years ago, Highway Tractor Spares and Volspares Group was acquired by Director Bill Capell in July 2007. With over 37 years in the industry, Bill recognised the potential for growth within an existing business that had been established in the market place and also offered the advantage of being the leading Volvo supplier of non genuine and used parts to the Australia wide industry. Victorian based, Highway Tractor Spares (HTS) specialises in wrecking and spare parts for Volvo articulated trucks and wheel loaders.
With the expansion of the business HTS now sees divisions incorporating Used Equipment Sales, Rental Fleet, Servicing and Maintenance and most recently became distributors for Sinopec Oil, the largest oil company in the world. HTS is also the Australian disruptor for Swedish Lorry Parts (SLP) The start of 2019 HTS has welcomed ex Delta Manager Warren Colbert as CEO. Warren brings a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise, as well as a large network and contacts to see the business move into the next phase.
